Day 2 — You Are Not Behind

Affirmation

God’s timing over my life is intentional, not accidental.

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1

Commentary

Comparison is one of the loudest sources of anxiety. You look around and see others advancing. graduating, launching, achieving and it feels like you’re late. But heaven does not operate on social timelines.

God works in seasons, not pressure cycles. What looks like delay may actually be development. What feels like slowness may be strategic preparation.

If you measure your life against others, you will always feel either behind or ahead—but rarely at peace. But when you align with God’s timing, you realize something powerful: you are exactly where you need to be for what God is building in you.

There is no wasted season in God. Even now, He is forming strength, clarity, and capacity within you.

Prayer

Father, I am seeking Your voice in this season. all I see is other succeeding and me? Well :-(.

Lord, free me from the pressure of comparison. Remind me that what’s most important isn’t what I do but who I am in You. Help me trust Your timing over my life. Teach me to walk in peace, knowing that You are ordering my steps with purpose. Amen.
